The summer of 2021 has been referred to as the “great resignation”. Colleges and Universities found themselves coming off of a difficult pandemic where many institutions implemented furloughs, hiring freezes and the like. Now, the 2021-22 academic year is upon us and campuses are ramping up hiring once again.
