Show Notes

In this kick off to Season 4 of Office Hours with Dr. De Veau, the Laura reflects on the legacy of President Jimmy Carter, particularly his significant contributions to higher education, including the establishment of the US Department of Education and various initiatives aimed at increasing access and support for students. Laura emphasizes the importance of continuing Carter's vision for equitable education and the need for advocacy in these challenging times. (And if you are watching the video, her 15 year old beagle, Daisy, does a bit of wandering).
