There are discussions and there are timely and braver conversations. We have discussions with regularity where we can chat around issues, find on-ramps to decision making and frankly, not really make moves that make a huge difference. In the last 24 months we’ve had a lot of discussions. With pandemic response taking up so much of our band-width, perhaps we didn’t feel that there was a time and a place to allow for these braver conversations to manifest.
