This weekend, I had the privilege of keynoting at the Student Affairs Leaders of Tomorrow conference, part of the NASPA Region 1 event. It was my first deep dive into discussing Higher Education and Student Affairs with undergraduates since before the pandemic, and the experience was both enlightening and inspiring.

My talk aimed to provide students with four key elements:

2. An analysis of current trends

3. An opportunity for future visioning

4. Practical application of these insights to their career goals
