“Fit Checks” are all the rage, and it’s time for HigherEd Professionals to get on board. Here are my Essential Items for the Perfect HigherEd "Fit Check":

College Polo Shirt: But a word of caution, if you cannot a shirt that doesn’t have a college logo on it in your closet, you need an intervention. Or at least a trip to TJ Max.
Comfortable Shoes: Ideal for navigating the campus for a meeting that could have been an email.
Name tag: with a magnetic closure. Are you still using a PIN? OK, Boomer.
