This past weekend I attended my first faculty retreat. As a 30+ year HigherEd administrator I have planned and facilitated content at more retreats than I can count … but this was a first. Finding one’s footing can be an uncomfortable space to occupy, especially when shifting from planner/facilitator to participant.
