In the fall of 2015 I was sitting at a ‘farewell lunch’ for a project manager/ engineer who had been working with Mount Ida College and had become a bit like a member of the family, but no matter how appetizing the lunch appeared, I wasn’t eating. I felt terrible. And it wasn’t because I was going to miss my colleague and his competency. Something was physically wrong.
