Dad Sold His Truck: Musings from the Sandwich Generation

My dad sold his truck. For the last eight months, I have been struggling with how to move this scenario along. Dad is older and his eyesight is not great. It was time.

No matter what I suggested, however, he dismissed it because he had a plan of his own. It just took time, and now that the vehicle is sold, and his license plates have been turned into the Department of Motor Vehicles I can focus on other things, like how he will get reliable transportation when he needs to go somewhere beyond walking distance from his apartment.
