Friday Replay: HBCU Executive Leadership
With Guest: Dr. Walter M. Kimbrough
Executive leadership within Higher Education requires the political savvy of a successful mayor, the fundraising acumen of a major gifts officer and the ability to leverage academic curiosity alongside nimble change management. All the while maintaining campus traditions and respecting the evolution of the institution. On this latest show, I am joined by Dr. Walter Kimbrough an expert and scholar and former HBCU president who will provide insight into the opportunities and challenges that are unique to HBCU executive leadership.
