4th Quarter
Musings on The End of the Academic Year and Parenting
Today, April 1st marks the start of the 4th quarter for my High School Junior. The thought that this is the final semester of her Junior year is a bit jarring. Compound these feelings with my propensity for looking ahead and seeing that my next two months are jam packed with more that should be permissible for a 56 year old working mom who, at times, barely feels like she is getting by. My dear reader, I am struggling to ‘live in the moment’.
